The STN6800-D16HE is a transport platform for DCI (data center interconnect), cloud providers, colocation providers, and high capacity applications, delivering up to 1.6T (16x100G) or 400G (40x10G) in a 1U chassis. The product supports 100G client and 10G client; in line side, it supports 200G, 400G interface. Based on the open software architecture, it provides various open interfaces.
Overview
The STN6800-D16HE is a transport platform for DCI (data center interconnect), cloud providers, colocation providers, and high capacity applications, delivering up to 1.6T (16x100G) or 400G (40x10G) in a 1U chassis. The product supports 100G client and 10G client; in line side, it supports 200G, 400G interface. Based on the open software architecture, it provides various open interfaces.
The STN6800-D16HE provides four pluggable slots for service cards. The device integrates mux/demux, EDFAs, OLP, OTDR for increasing the link budget, keeping power consumption low, saving rack space, and keeping costs down.
