Optical Bypass Switch

OLP-BP: Optical Bypass Switch Card for OEO6500B Platform

The OLP-BP optical Bypass protection card has the characteristics of independent and transparent transmission signal, safe and reliable, and fast fault recovery. It can help users to establish an optical communication network without blocking, high reliability, security, flexibility and disaster resistance.

Overview

The OLP-BP optical Bypass protection card has the characteristics of independent and transparent transmission signal, safe and reliable, and fast fault recovery. It can help users to establish an optical communication network without blocking, high reliability, security, flexibility and disaster resistance.

The OLP-BP adopts a separate design of switching control and management control, giving priority to link switching, switching delay less than 15ms, providing 1+1 dual power redundancy backup, and stable operation in harsh environments according to industrial design.

The OLP-BP optical Bypass protection card supports a powerful graphical network management system, and supports three types of management methods: local console, Telnet, and EMS. It can remotely upgrade the device for later unified management and maintenance.

Features

●          Provide line protection: bypass protection.

●          Support for no light lock.

●          Support 3 management methods: Console, Telnet, network management system.

●          Support TFTP remote upgrade.

●          The switching module adopts a simple and stable circuit design, and the reliability is extremely high, and the management modules are independent of each other and do not affect each other.

●          1+1 double backup redundant power supply, wide voltage range, safer and more stable.
