    Chairman, CEO

    Mr.Tiger Xie graduated from Tsinghua University. Before he founded Sino-Telecom in 2006, he had been working in optical industry for more than 5 years. His aim is to help customers build up more efficient, flexible and reliable network. Now Mr. Tiger Xie is the Chairman and CEO of the company.

  • Jason Wu

    CTO, PHD

    Dr. Jason Wu graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University in 1998, majoring in automatic control. Before he joined Sino-Telecom he had been working in Nokia Siemens Communication Transmission System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Coriant Networks (Shanghai) for more than 15 years. Now he is the CTO of the company.

  • Derek Zhu

    International Sales Director

    Graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the communications industry. Before join Sino-Telecom, he worked in ZTE Corporation for ten years and has rich experience in overseas markets. He is currently the Director of Sino-Telecom's overseas marketing.

  • Pi Pengyun

    CFO

    Master degree, Graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Senior accountant, auditor and International Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) titles, and obtained the qualification certificate of the board secretary of the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges. Since August 2016, he has served as Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of the Board of Sino-Telecom Technology Co., Inc.
