100G, 1310nm, 2KM, QSFP28, CWDM4 100G 1310nm 2KM QSFP28 CWDM4 integrates four transmitters and receivers into one module. The central wavelengths of the 4 CWDM channels are 1271, 1291, 1311 and 1331 nm as members of the CWDM wavelength grid defined in ITU-T G.694.2. In the transmitter side, the four lanes of optical data channels are optically multiplexed by the integrated optical multiplexer. In the receive side, the four lanes of optical data channels are optically de-multiplexed by the integrated optical de-multiplexer. Each data channel is recovered by a PIN photo-detector and trans-impedance amplifier, retimed.

100G, 1310nm, 40KM, QSFP28, ER4 This product is a 100Gb/s transceiver module designed for optical communication applications compliant to Ethernet 100GBASE-ER4 standard. The module converts 4 input channels of 25Gb/s electrical data to 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals and then multiplexes them into a single channel for 100Gb/s optical transmission. Reversely on the receiver side, the module de-multiplexes a 100Gb/s optical input into 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals and then converts them to 4 output channels of electrical data. The central wavelengths of the 4 LAN WDM channels are 1295.56, 1300.05, 1304.58 and 1309.14 nm as members of the LAN WDM wavelength grid defined in IEEE 802.3ba.

100G, 1310nm, 10km, QSFP28 LX8502CDR QSFP28 transceiver modules are designed for 100 Gigabit Ethernet over single-mode fiber. They are compliant with the QSFP28 MSA, IEEE 802.3ba 100GBASE-LR4. Digital diagnostics functions are available via the I2C interface, as specified by the QSFP28 MSA.This module has been batchly deployed in China-Telecom project since 2019.

100G 850nm 100M  SR4 QSFP28 LX8501CDR QSFP28 transceivers are designed for use in 100Gb/s links over multimode fiber. They integrates four-channel VCSEL array and four-channel PIN photodiode array, the module can operate at 103.1Gb/s up to 70m using OM3 or 100m using OM4 MMF. They are compliant with the QSFP28 MSA and IEEE 802.3bm 100GBASE-SR4.
